Re-Enrollment -- If you have not yet completed your child's re-enrollment, you should have received an email from PowerSchool with instructions. Please complete the re-enrollment process as soon as possible.

We are preparing class placement postcards for mailing and need accurate, up-to-date enrollment information before class assignments can be released.

We also have several families who have completed the re-enrollment process but still need to submit required documents, such as a parent/guardian ID, proof of residency, an immunization record, or a birth certificate. Please submit these documents as soon as possible so your child's enrollment can be finalized.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please email Mrs. Lindsay at lisa.lindsay@lcsk12.org.

Thank you for helping us prepare for a great start to the school year!

The Free & Reduced Lunch application link is currently being corrected. At this time, Limestone County is not appearing as an available option.

Please be aware that the application may not be available today while the Child Nutrition Program (CNP) Department works to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Two Important Reminders for Elkmont Elementary Families

As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, we need your help with two important tasks:

1. Complete Re-Enrollment
If you have not completed your child's re-enrollment, please do so as soon as possible. Class lists are currently being created, and only students who have completed re-enrollment can be placed on a class roster. Completing this process promptly helps us finalize class placements and prepare for a successful start to the school year.

To complete re-enrollment, visit https://www.elkmontelem.org/ and click "Enroll" at the top of the page.

2. Complete the 2026–2027 Free & Reduced-Price Meal Application
The Free & Reduced-Price Meal Application is now available and must be completed each school year. Even if you do not think your family will qualify, we encourage every family to complete the application.

Completing this application helps Elkmont Elementary maintain our Title I status, which provides funding for additional teachers, interventionists, classroom resources, instructional materials, technology, and other programs that directly benefit our students.

To apply, visit https://www.lcsk12.org/page/child-nutrition.

Meal Information for 2026–2027
• Student lunch (paid): $2.60
• Reduced-price lunch: $0.40
• Breakfast will continue to be FREE for all students.

If your family may qualify for meal assistance, please complete the Free & Reduced-Price Meal Application before classes resume on August 6 so your child can begin the school year receiving benefits without delay.

Thank you for helping us prepare for a successful school year. We look forward to welcoming our Red Devils back in August!
